Widow of Cleveland lawyer to get more than $10 million from husband’s former partner
The agreement, approved by a judge in Miami, will allow the Kelley & Ferraro law firm to emerge from bankruptcy and to resume work on behalf of 30,000 clients involved in asbestos litigation.
